We are looking for salon staff who look beyond what is typical: questioning everything to enhance revenue, accomplish goals, and increase profit beyond our wildest dreams. We aren't talking about a general uptick- we are talking about quantum leaps in our sales and reach in the last 10 months. Sound good? Keep reading!
For $800/month you have 6 day/week access (no Sundays), a well-stocked retail wall and backbar with some of the industry's most exciting sustainable beauty products. We use Scrummis, or biodegradable towels that compost in about 6 weeks (no more laundry)! You will also have access to our photographer Patrick offering branding sessions as well as opportunities to shoot for competitions, collections, or portfolio work!
Once a year we get together as a staff with a common theme to create a mini-collection of the beautiful work we create and beyond! We strike a balance between team and individualism that is really wonderful for booth renters.
