When Rachel opened Darling Hair Workshop in 2020, she was simply looking for a safe and managed studio to serve her clients. After the covid crisis, she used the intimate and focused space to begin following her biggest dreams in hair: performing on stage in front of 2500 Davines stylists! 

Whether you are looking beyond your chair, or are undertaking the big task of building a sustainable, thriving business, we believe the intimacy of our salon can help you create the career of your dreams!

We have two positions available:

1. Traditional Booth Rent. $190/week or $820/month offers full time, 6 days a week access (closed on Sunday) with back bar and towels provided. Candidates must be willing to retail Davines products receiving up to 20% commission. Stylists will not be permitted to retail their own products, but may use any color line they choose. Stylists receive complimentary branding sessions, portfolio building sessions, group sessions, and so much more!

2. Hybrid Booth Rent. $95/week or $410/month. We are looking for a stylist who would love the flexibility of booth renting, but maybe needs more time to grow her clientele before going out on her own. This candidate will be able to assist our owner 8 hours/week (either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) in social media management, education, and other assistant-type duties. She receives all of the benefits of the traditional booth renter, but with a unique personal growth opportunity!
