Maybe it's hustle culture. Maybe it's social media. Maybe it's AI inspiration images. Maybe it's the modern pop music. All we know is that it has made us anxious and guess what-
Our Days of Anxious Hairdressing are over.
That means a few things:
1. We run paid ads. You read that right. Rachel would rather pay for the leads than have us beat our heads against a wall with social media.
2. We are a commission-only salon. We all work on the same team with the same goals: build a sustainable clientele who regularly spend $$$, tip well, refer others and write 5-star reviews!
3. No double booking. Almost ever. Our clients get our undivided attention!
4. Pay a photographer to take amazing photos. We have a resident photographer to does most of the heavy social lifting. Your energy is spent with the client, not on the right lighting!
5. We are mostly chill. Our space is small, and only kind, courteous, and pliable personalities will work well in it.
